ATTACH TWO SEPARATE BANDS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE RACK OR WEIGHTS ON ONE END, AND TO EACH END OF THE BARBELL ON THE OTHER END

UNRACK THE BARBELL AND STEP BACK UNTIL THE BANDS ARE COMPLETELY VERTICAL ON EACH END OF THE BARBELL

SLOWLY LOWER YOURSELF INTO A SQUAT, CONTRACTING THE GLUTES AND HAMSTRINGS AND KEEPING YOUR CHEST UP AND KNEES OUT

DRIVE THROUGH YOUR QUADS TO COMPLETE THE SQUAT AND RETURN TO YOUR START POSITION
