3 WEEKS

Whether you are traveling or just letting your body recover, use this program to rehabilitate your muscles and to prepare for the offseason training journey. This program is designed to ease you back into the weight-room after the season's end.

RECONDITIONING

3 WEEKS

A 3 week program using limited equipment to maintain your physique, explosiveness and mobility when there is no gym access or access to regular gym equipment. These workouts can be completed inside or outside with VectorFPS equipment.

ONLYBANDZ (TM)

Prodigy: (noun) a person, especially a young one, endowed with exceptional qualities or abilities. A 6-week program for athletes between the ages of 12-15 for optimal performance. Learn the fundamentals of functional strength, mobility & explosiveness. *Safe for ages 12 and up

A program for business people, executives, and successful people constantly on the go. This program can be completed in almost any gym setting with bands, barbells and dumbbells, in addition to limited selectorized equipment pieces found in most hotels and gyms.

World Class trainer, Scott Siddens puts you through an intense training program for all ages, types and makes, looking to see maximum results in under 4 weeks. This program is available for a limited time!

Inspired by the famous hit-television series, "Friday Night Tykes," this program is designed for 8-11 year old youth athletes in the sports of football, basketball and any sport which requires advanced movement, explosiveness, balance and core strength.

This custom program is designed for the Marlowe Community in St. Louis, MO. This program features equipment accessible in the Marlowe training center and is available to Marlowe residents. The "Marlowe" is designed by Eric Beisel, a resident in the Marlowe building and a professional performance coach.
