Description
  • SET THE CABLE-PULLEY TO AT-OR-ABOUT WAIST LEVEL

  • SIT INTO YOUR SQUAT POSITION, FORCING YOUR KNEES OUT

  • KEEPING YOUR CHEST UP AND CHIN NEUTRAL,

  • PULL THE CABLE INTO YOUR BELLY-BUTTON

  • EXTEND YOUR ARMS BACK OUT TO COMPLETE THE REP
