BOX SQUAT (5-CT. ECC.)

Description
- Using a box just-below knee height, unrack the barbell with both hands grasping firmly just outside shoulder width
- Step back until you are safely positioned above the box
- Make sure your toes are pointed slightly out, your chest is up, and your core and glutes are flexed as you lower yourself down to the box over 5-seconds
- Once you've touched the box, press firmly through the heels, squeeing through the quads and hamstrings, to bring yourself back to the start position
