- PLACE A VECTORFPS POWER BAND BENEATH YOUR FEET
- GRAB EACH END OF THE BAND WITH BOTH HANDS AND STAND STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN
- CONTRACT THE TRAP MUSCLES (TOP OF THE SHOULDERS), BRINGING YOUR SHOULDERS TOWARDS YOUR EARS
- RELEASE THE SHOULDERS BACK TO THE START POSITION TO COMPLETE THE REP
