SEATED AT THE EDGE OF THE BENCH, WITH THE ROPE FALLING BETWEEN YOUR LEGS AND THE PULLEY DIRECTLY ABOVE YOUR HEAD, BEGIN TO PULL IN A DOWNWARD MOTION WITH ONE HAND
CONTINUE REPLACING YOUR HAND WITH THE OPPOSITE HAND AS YOU PICK UP IN SPEED
ONCE YOU'VE FOUND A RHYTHM, START YOUR TIMER AND CONTINUE PULLING THE ROPE FOR THE ALLOTTED TIME
