Description
  • USING TWO BENCHES EQUAL IN HEIGHT,

  • PLACE YOUR FEET ON THE BENCH IN FRONT OF YOU AND YOUR HANDS ON THE BENCH BEHIND YOU

  • YOUR HANDS SHOULD BE POSITIONED AT-OR-ABOUT SHOULDER WIDTH

  • DRIVING INTO THE PALMS OF YOUR HANDS, LOWER YOUR BODY TOWARDS THE GROUND

  • PUSH YOUR BODY BACK TO THE START POSITION USING YOUR TRICEPS TO COMPLETE THE REP
