WITH A BARBELL OR MOBILITY STICK, PLACE YOUR HANDS ABOUT SHOULDER WIDTH AND START WITH THE STICK BEHIND YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ARMS IN AN 'L' POSITION
KEEPING THE SCAPS AND UPPER-BACK STIFF, REACH OUT AND OVERHEAD UNTIL YOUR ARMS ARE EXTENDED
RETURN TO THE START POSITION TO COMPLETE THE REP
