Description
  • SET YOUR BENCH TO 45*

  • LAY FLAT ON THE BENCH SO THAT YOUR ENTIRE UPPER-TORSO IS RESTING ON THE BENCH

  • WITH A BARBELL OR MOBILITY STICK, PLACE YOUR HANDS ABOUT SHOULDER WIDTH AND START WITH THE STICK BEHIND YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ARMS IN AN 'L' POSITION

  • KEEPING THE SCAPS AND UPPER-BACK STIFF, REACH OUT AND OVERHEAD UNTIL YOUR ARMS ARE EXTENDED

  • RETURN TO THE START POSITION TO COMPLETE THE REP
