ADJUST THE CABLE-PULLEY AT-OR-ABOUT CHEST LEVEL
PRESS FIRMLY INTO THE BALLS OF YOUR FEET
WITH THE ROPE IN BOTH HANDS, BEGIN BY SEPARATING THE ROPE AND PULLING IT INTO YOUR FACE
KEEP YOUR ELBOWS UP THROUGHOUT THIS MOVEMENT, CONTRACTING THE READ DELTS AND UPPER BACK
CONTROL THE ROPE-CABLE BACK TO THE START POSITION
