Description
  • ADJUST THE CABLE-PULLEY AT-OR-ABOUT CHEST LEVEL

  • PRESS FIRMLY INTO THE BALLS OF YOUR FEET

  • WITH THE ROPE IN BOTH HANDS, BEGIN BY SEPARATING THE ROPE AND PULLING IT INTO YOUR FACE

  • KEEP YOUR ELBOWS UP THROUGHOUT THIS MOVEMENT, CONTRACTING THE READ DELTS AND UPPER BACK

  • CONTROL THE ROPE-CABLE BACK TO THE START POSITION
