Description
  • ATTACH THE BAND AT-OR-ABOUT CHEST LEVEL

  • PRESS FIRMLY INTO THE BALLS OF YOUR FEET

  • WITH THE BAND IN BOTH HANDS, BEGIN BY SEPARATING THE BAND AND PULLING IT INTO YOUR FACE

  • KEEP YOUR ELBOWS UP THROUGHOUT THIS MOVEMENT, CONTRACTING THE READ DELTS AND UPPER BACK

  • CONTROL THE BAND BACK TO THE START POSITION
