6 WEEKS

Think of this program as the beginning stages of a new offseason. In order to become stronger, faster and more explosive, you need to ‘recruit' size and muscle. Start this program no sooner than 6.5-months prior to your first competition.

HYPERTROPHY

This 3 week workout is an intro program into the fundamentals of hypertrophy. This is a moderately challenging workout program designed to help you increase muscle mass and master isolation exercises in a few short weeks.
