6 WEEKS

Prodigy: (noun) a person, especially a young one, endowed with exceptional qualities or abilities. A 6-week program for athletes between the ages of 12-15 for optimal performance. Learn the fundamentals of functional strength, mobility & explosiveness. *Safe for ages 12 and up

PRODIGY

3 WEEKS

A 3 week program for new or current collegiate athletes who are preparing to return for collegiate offseason training and conditioning. This program will prepare you for the movements demanded upon by elite-level strength and conditioning coaches.

COLLEGE PREP

8 WEEKS

This program is designed to build functional strength, burn fat and add muscle mass to our training population over 60 years old. 16 OVER 60(+) includes 16 workouts over the course of 8 weeks, with a lower body and an upper body workout each week. This program can be completed in a home, commercial or most hotel gyms.

6 WEEKS

Is that beach trip or summer vacation right around the corner? Maybe its time to kick it into high-gear and get going on one of the HOTTEST programs, "Bae-Watch." This 6 week program is guaranteed to get you that smoking hot beach body you deserve for the summer.

BAE-WATCH

4 WEEKS

It was only fair that we got the men involved in this awesome challenge. This 4 week program will get you in the best shape of your life ahead of the beach season, so you can run the dunes of Malibu, CA in Hasselhoff fashion... Toned and Ripped. Complete this program at any gym with standard strength training equipment, bands and body weight movements.

3 WEEKS

Dynamic strength, superior explosiveness. What makes an athlete a "beast," you ask? It comes down to preparation. You are only as good as your training. This program is designed to unlock your inner BEASTMODE!

BEASTMODE

6 WEEKS

Pre-season and/or in-season program for quarterbacks and other throwing athletes including baseball players, volleyball players and similar sports. This program is designed to enhance the mobility through the upper body while strengthening the athletes total body.

QB1

3 WEEKS

It takes a certain level of strength, grit, and mental to play at the line-of-scrimmage at any level. It also takes hours of preparation in the weight room, on the field and in the film room to play at the highest level. This program is designed to take your offensive line and defensive line training to a whole new level.

T.R.E.N.C.H.E.S

Need more? Take your strength and explosiveness to the next level. Continue #Beastmode prep into your pre-season training for dynamic results. You've completed the first 3 weeks of Beastmode, now let's unleash a more functional Beast!

Beast Mode, vol. 2

A program designed for free agents, B-Team players, rookies and reserve players who are limited in practice and game reps or are unsigned and not practicing with the team at all. This program is designed to keep you game ready so that you will be prepared when your number is called.
