A 6 week program for anyone trying to tone and sculpt their backside, while maintaining a strong and slim overall physique. This program can be completed with limited equipment and/or gym equipment.
MISS NEW BOOTY

3 WEEKS
A 3 week program using limited equipment to maintain your physique, explosiveness and mobility when there is no gym access or access to regular gym equipment. These workouts can be completed inside or outside with VectorFPS equipment.
