The Standard for Performance Training
Optimal Performance Methods is a year-round training system for college and pro athletes to experience superior results and athletic developmnet. OPM was created by some of the top minds in performance training at the college and professional levels and has been utilized by hundreds of pro athletes.

The Breakdown
OPM is made up of 8 programs designed to be completed throughout the course of an athlete's offseason and during the season for optimal performance, injury prevention and results. First, we can break down the training map for a high school football athlete by season, starting in the Winter after the last game of the year, and ending in the Fall when the season begins.

The OPM system, which is built into your Dashboard, includes specific supplemental workouts and suggestions based on the workouts you've completed, which should be completed between your main workouts. These workouts include balance, mobility and core workouts. Take a look at some of the different supplemental workouts below:
