Baseball offseason training for elite high school prospects, college athletes and pro baseball players. Built by some of the top minds in strength and conditioning and developed for high performing baseball athletes. Complete in 8 weeks or less.

BIG LEAGUES

A program designed for movie-star Taylor Lautner in his post-Twilight days as he continues to stay in the best shape of his life. Lautner trains with PF Coach and personal trainer Ryan Sorensen in California.
