4 WEEKS

This 4 week program covers all of the basics in performance training with limited equipment and resources. It's designed for beginner level athletes looking for something fresh and effective. Choose this program to become better familiar with ProformApp and all of its functions.

FORMULA-1

6 WEEKS

A 6 week program for anyone trying to tone and sculpt their backside, while maintaining a strong and slim overall physique. This program can be completed with limited equipment and/or gym equipment.

MISS NEW BOOTY

3 WEEKS

A 3 week program using limited equipment to maintain your physique, explosiveness and mobility when there is no gym access or access to regular gym equipment. These workouts can be completed inside or outside with VectorFPS equipment.

ONLYBANDZ (TM)

3 WEEKS

This 3 week workout is an intro program into the fundamentals of hypertrophy. This is a moderately challenging workout program designed to help you increase muscle mass and master isolation exercises in a few short weeks.

ALPHA PUMP

6 WEEKS

A program for business people, executives, and successful people constantly on the go. This program can be completed in almost any gym setting with bands, barbells and dumbbells, in addition to limited selectorized equipment pieces found in most hotels and gyms.

8 WEEKS

This program is designed to build functional strength, burn fat and add muscle mass to our training population over 60 years old. 16 OVER 60(+) includes 16 workouts over the course of 8 weeks, with a lower body and an upper body workout each week. This program can be completed in a home, commercial or most hotel gyms.

It was only fair that we got the men involved in this awesome challenge. This 4 week program will get you in the best shape of your life ahead of the beach season, so you can run the dunes of Malibu, CA in Hasselhoff fashion... Toned and Ripped. Complete this program at any gym with standard strength training equipment, bands and body weight movements.

Lvl. 1 - Workouts you can do from the comfort of your home. All you need is dumbbells, VectorFPS bands, foam roller, balance pad and basic home fitness equipment. This program is packed with great exercises and sets to help you achieve fast and effective results.

Lvl. 2 - Home workouts just got a little bit TOUGHER! All you need is dumbbells, VectorFPS bands, foam roller, balance pad and basic home fitness equipment. This program is packed with great exercises and sets to help you achieve fast and effective results.

9 WEEKS

This custom program is designed for the Marlowe Community in St. Louis, MO. This program features equipment accessible in the Marlowe training center and is available to Marlowe residents. The "Marlowe" is designed by Eric Beisel, a resident in the Marlowe building and a professional performance coach.
